Terms and Conditions of Sale 

All property is sold “as is, where is” and neither Dick or Toni Rae Idol makes any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the property or to the correctness of any advertisement, catalogue, Dick Idol Studios’ website or any other medium used to announce this sale or to the description of any property  sold in this sale.  Any and all descriptions, including the condition, age, correctness, provenance, attribution, quality, importance, size or authenticity of the property offered, are not to be taken as an affirmation of fact.  All descriptions of sold property are for the purpose of identification only. 

This is not an approval sale.  Whether property purchased from this sale is by absentee sale, telephone sale, or occurs at or in Dick Idol’s studio, all sales are final and items may not be returned.  Buyers should be able to inspect collection items personally prior to purchase of said property and make their own determination as to condition, quality, importance, size, age or authenticity prior to purchase.  Potential buyers are welcome to visit and see these items at Idol’s studio by setting an appointment with Dick or Toni prior. 

Packing, shipping and insurance cost are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We are affiliated through our gallery with a shipping company near us in Montana which can provide virtually all aspects of shipment. Purchased items must be removed within 30 days of the sale from Idol’s studio unless other arrangements are made with Idol.  Ownership of any properties does not begin until buyer has paid Idol the full purchase amount.  Any checks, credit cards or other financial instruments where funds have not cleared the bank, are not considered final payment until they have cleared.  Upon consummation of said sale, the Buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for property items.  Any and all claims regarding shipping of property to buyer will be between carrier and owner (buyer).
